Return Policy

At DSF Home we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange you have 14 days from the date of purchase and you will need your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned or exchanged items must be unused in their original packaging, we are unable to issue a credit for items that are used, damaged, soiled or missing parts. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for costs related to the return/exchange.

Refunds will only be made to the form of payment used for the purchase.

Special orders, dinnerware and flatware orders are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Sale and Seasonal items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

If your purchase arrives damaged or broken please notify DSF Home immediately at 212-987-1228 or email us at customercare@dsfhome.nyc. Images of your item as well as the shipping carton will be needed. Please do not discard the shipping carton as UPS may require to send someone to inspect it.

Order Cancellation-
You may cancel your order as long as the order status is "in process". If your order status is "shipped" it can no longer be cancelled. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders cancelled 30 days from the original order date.

Prices and Availability-
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing and inventory on our website. Despite our efforts, errors may occur. If an incorrect price is displayed or an item is out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours and provide a full refund.
