How do I track my order?
For the most updated information regarding the location of your package please refer to the UPS tracking number that was emailed to you, If additional help is required please email us at customercare@dsfhome.nyc or call 212-987-1228.
How do I change a quantity or cancel an item on my order?
If you need to change a quantity on your order or cancel your order please contact us immediately via email at customercare@dsfhome.nyc or call 212-987-1228. We will make every effort to comply with your request but once an order has begun processing or has shipped we are unable to make any changes,
Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Returned or exchanged items must be unused in their original packaging. We are unable issue a credit or exchange items that are used, damaged, soiled or missing parts. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for costs related to your return/exchange. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Special orders, dinnerware and flatware orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale and Seasonal items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
I received a wrong item.
If you feel you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately via email at customercare@dsfhome.nyc or call 212-987-1228. Please provide your order number so that we may help you with your request.
I received a damaged item.
If you received a damaged item please contact us immediately via email at customercare@dsfhome.nyc or call 212-987-1228. Please provide your order number so that we may help you with your request. Images of your damaged item and the shipping carton will be needed, Please do not discard the shipping carton as UPS may require to send someone to inspect it.
My order never arrived.
If you have not received your order please use the tracking number provided, if there is a problem please contact us via email at customercare@dsfhome.nyc or call 212-987-1228. Please provide your order number so that we may help you locate your order.
When will I receive my backorder?
We will notify you as to the estimated delivery for any items that are on backorder.
How do I add a gift note to my order?
Once you have items in your cart, when viewing your cart page, under the list of cart items there is a special instructions textbox to the left of the checkout button.
How do I create a Wish List?
When viewing a product detail page, there is a button labeled "Add to Wishlist". Any products that have been added to your wishlist can e found at the below link.

How do I buy or redeem a Gift Card?
